The foundation for optimal results in the kitchen is a passionate and qualified team.
Our certified food technologist, Rhona Cabuyao, has over 20 years of experience in research & development, application technology, and technical consulting. She worked for many years as an R&D Manager at a leading producer of carrageenan in the Philippines, where she also served as deputy laboratory manager and led training sessions. Since July 2024, she has strengthened the TER Ingredients team at innovaTERkitchen as an R&D manager.
Ralf Kettner, a trained butcher, chef, and holder of a Bachelor Professional in Food Processing Technology, has over 40 years of experience in the food industry. For the past 8 years, he has supported the TER Ingredients team as a Senior Application Specialist and is the head of innovaTERkitchen. Additionally, he is a guest lecturer at the Vocational School for Butchery and Food Technology in Kulmbach.

Vegan "Vitello Tonnato"
Our vegan interpretation of the Italian classic was developed by our outstanding team at innovaTERkitchen. The finely tuned combination of plant proteins, textured proteins, plant fibers, hydrocolloids, coloring foods, and natural flavors creates a true taste experience.
Our vegan "Vitello Tonnato" was first presented at FIE’24 in Frankfurt am Main and received great acclaim.
